Communication

Which Way

There are two directions a one way of communication and a two way.

  • One-way communication is communication without any feedback, for example putting a piece of paper up on a notice board.
  • Two- way communication is one where there is feedback, so like in a general discussion.

The different levels

In a company there are many levels of communication. The directors being at the top and the workers at the bottom. In between there would be all the other managers and assistants.

Lateral Communication

People in the same level within the organisation pass information to each other

Vertical Communication

People in different levels within the organisation pass information to each other
